We would like to inform you about the notice on defects and exchanges.

The reasons for which an exchange is possible are as follows:

1. Missing components. The consists of 8 Yut markers (4 Imitation Tal, 4 Gaksital), 4 Yut sticks, 1 Yut board bandana, and a box. If any components are missing, an exchange will be processed.
2. Damaged or broken components. If the Yut sticks or markers are severely damaged or cracked, or if the Yut board bandana or box is torn or damaged, an exchange will be processed.

Please understand that exchange requests cannot be accepted for the following issues that may occur during production:

1. Since the Yut markers and sticks are made of wood, there may be some scratches or small imperfections due to the nature of the material.
2. The Yut board bandana is made of thin material and may be slightly see-through.

If you suspect that the product is defective, please inquire with photos, and we will respond promptly.
